Attendance Requirement
State law requires full completion of sessions (6 hour credit). If your attendance is interrupted, the course will automatically be "bookmarked" to continue your next session until completed in full.
Registration Periods
Student may register and attend the course at anytime, however, if attendance takes place after the official license expiration (December 31st of the current year) then other rules may apply to activate the license. (Please verify your status with the Department of CIS or the Institute by calling 1-800-861-7325)
Certification
The Institute will monitor successful completion of courses and will forward the student's name and telephone number to the Michigan Department of CIS and will also provide the student with a certificate Of Completion by email or by regular mail.
Withdrawal
No credit can be granted for partial attendance of the course.
Fees / Refunds
All fees are posted on the registration form which follow this page. Students who withdraw after attending a part of the course will not be granted refunds.
Deadline
Entire course must be completed on or before December 31st of the current year in order to provide the student with credit to renew the Real Estate license on time. |
