*ATTENTION* Brokers need 90 Hours of Education - Unfortunately, only 60 out of those 90 hours are offered "in class". The other 30 hours will have to be taken either Online or as a Home Study. It's your choice which courses you choose; however, IT'S MANDATORY THAT YOU TAKE BROKER TEST PREPARATION as 1 of your 3.
Also, once you take Broker Test Preparation, you can take the broker exam right away and then take your other 60 hours afterwards.

Our instructors have been practicing Real Estate for at least 10 years or more and offer a wealth of information to aid in your success. Each classroom courses include the course materials for students to follow along. This is a popular option for someone who works best in a hands-on environment with other students. The Broker in-class courses include Appraisal Concepts 1 and Broker Test Prep.
